Working with young people in Community projects ensures we develop our youngsters and in turn the future of society. However, there are many hidden dangers for clubs, not only the risk of a young person suing a Club or Coach but potentially a Club not offering training that is 'Fit for Purpose'.

Football

Behaviour in Sport has already been adopted by a number of Premier League Clubs including Manchester City and Manchester United to support their community projects.

We work closely with safeguarding managers and community head coaches to ensure the courses offer practical, experiential and insightful training that meets the needs of the current staff team after carefully considering their current behavioural challenges.

Rugby

Behaviour In Sport is perfectly suited to Premiership Rugby's HITZ programme.

The Level 1 course offers coaches a wide range of practical skills to be able to respond appropriately to Challenging Behaviour.

More importantly, it gives Coaches clear guidelines about the legal context of responding to Challenging Behaviour and ensures they don't put themselves
or their clubs at risk of litigation.
